Friday, January 30, 2015, 11 Mounichion, no particular dedication, Oliver Cromwell ritually executed 2 years after his natural death 1661, execution of King Charles I 1649, asassination of Mahatma Gandhi 1948, 11th night of the Waxing Moon, in Gemini, doing Void of Course 4:24 A.m. through the rest of the day, first overseen by the the 31st Decan, Ord, ruled by Venus, oversight moving to the 32nd Decan, Cratero, ruled by Mercury, starting in the 6th Mansion of the Moon Al Han’ah/Athaya, good for stirring things up, promoting cruel and destructive acts, agricultural disasters, then entering the 7th Mansion of the Moon, Al Dhira/Aldirah, good for success when contending against authority figures, and for acts promoting gain, love, comfort, just after 1:00 A.M. Planetary Hours of the Day begin with Venus at 7:08 A.M., and last 50.1 minutes. Planetary Hours of the Night commence with Mars at 5:09 P.M., lasting 69.9 minutes, Sun in Aquarius, Mercury retrograde in Aquarius, Venus in Pisces, Mars in Pisces, Jupiter retrograde in Leo, Saturn in Sagittarius. Venus being square Saturn early in the morning tends to make us a bit too serious in our personal affairs. Cheeky remarks from significant others can rub one the wrong way. This combines with the Sun being conjunct Mercury and the Moon being sextile Jupiter (both being retrograde). So, while a light/sarcastic approach towards one’s loved ones is the wrong way to communicate, sincere and heartfelt, serious mush is. Be as sappy as you like, and you won’t go too wrong. At least we’re out of the influence of the 6th Mansion, and so, if you wanted to do some love/attraction work today, it should have a fairly virorous effect. The Decan Cratero can be envisioned as a vigorous, competent ruler; consider Major Arcana IV in the Tarot, The Emperor, as well as the cards qualities, as embodying Cratero. It’s a good focal point for any work done over the next ten days.
