Sunday, August 10, 2014, 16 Pyanopsion, dedicated to Hekate, destruction of Nineveh 612 BCE, Magellen launches his fleet to circumnavigate the globe 1519, foundations laid for ther Greenwich Observatory 1675, the Louvre opens as a museum 1793, night of the Full Moon, the day starting with the Moon in Aquarius, then going Void of Course from 6:12 P.M. through the rest of the evening, overseen by the 14th Decan, Sic, ruled by Jupiter, starting in the 25th Mansion of the Moon, Al Alibiya/Caadulhachbia, good for hindering the activities of others, revenge, then entering the 26th Mansion Al Mukdim/Almiquedam, good for love and health, liberation, just before Midnight. Planetary Hours of the Day begin with the Sun at 6:00 A.M., and last 70.1 minutes. Planetary Hours of the Night commence with Jupiter at 8:02 P.M., lasting 49.9 minutes, Sun in Leo, Mercury in Leo, Venus in Cancer, Mars in Scorpio, Jupiter in Leo, Saturn in Scorpio. What a lovely Full Moon is in store for us tonight; it will shine down upon all of us being in a state of hight anxiety, however. The Opposition of the Sun and Moon always brings highs or lows, and this one tends towards the lows, as it is also in opposition to Mercury and square Saturn. All this makes this another day to just go with the flow, and to be thankful for anything positive happening, as if by accident. It’s hard to go with the flow, as the Moon being sextile Uranus retrograde teases us to do something, anything, but I fear most efforts will be a waste. However, do as you like; I’m sitting this one out. You may feel the urge to use your magicks to push something through. I fear that the results won’t be very satisfying.
